How does the free plan work?
You can use Sendcloud for free, forever—on the Free plan you’ll only be billed for each shipping label you generate.
Each month, you can ship up to 50 orders using Sendcloud’s pre-negotiated rates.
The Free plan comes with a limited set of features and is tailored to the needs of stores making their first steps in the e-commerce world.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee for Lite, Growth, and Premium plans.
Additional fees may apply in case of complex integrations, custom requests, or managed onboarding. Please check our Enterprise offering and get in touch with one of our shipping experts to receive a custom proposal based on your desired setup.
How does invoicing work? Do prices include VAT?
Please note that all prices displayed on our website and within your Sendcloud account are exclusive of VAT.
For those utilising our discounted shipping rates, you’ll receive a bi-weekly invoice covering the cost of the shipping labels you’ve generated through Sendcloud. If you’re on a paid subscription plan, you’ll receive a separate monthly invoice for that service.
Payment for all invoices is facilitated through direct debit. To initiate this process, you’ll need to make a one-time verification payment of £0.01 to confirm your bank account details. Following this verification, all subsequent invoices will be automatically debited from your account, 5 days after the invoice is issued.
What kind of support does Sendcloud provide?
The level of customer support you receive varies based on your subscription plan. All our customers, regardless of plan, have access to email and live chat support.
For those on our Growth and Premium plans, phone support is also available for more immediate assistance.
Enterprise customers can expect more guided onboarding with technical support throughout the implementation. During and after the onboarding, your dedicated Customer Success Manager will be there to assit you and provide strategic guidance.
Can I use Sendcloud with or without a carrier contract?
You have the flexibility to choose. We offer pre-negotiated shipping rates with various carriers, allowing you to ship without needing your own carrier contract.
However, if you already have a carrier contract and are subscribed to one of our paid plans, you have the option to upload and integrate your existing contract into the Sendcloud platform.
From which countries can I ship with Sendcloud?
Sendcloud currently supports shipping from eight European nations: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

What shopping systems and marketplaces do you support?
Sendcloud seamlessly integrates with over 50 different shop systems, marketplaces, WMS, and ERPs, including popular platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and eBay. Click here to view the full list.

Tracey by Sendcloud is a Shipping Intelligence platform that lets you optimise post-purchase customer experience based on carrier performance insights, smart shipping recommendations, and customer service automation.
It works best for companies that ship large quantities, handle valuable or time-sensitive products, work with multiple carriers, or ship to multiple countries.
